Storytelling allows us to travel beyond time, to relive moments that lead us to feel smells and tastes, sensations and emotions. This research aims to present the contributions of Projeto Brincarte UFRPE with activities with storytelling developed in schools and NGOs of Recife City Hall. In this context, report the contributions of the Brincarte Project’s storytelling to the development of the subject reader in an artistic perspective. This research aims to understand the contributions of the storytelling activity to the child’s development in the Brincarte Project. This is an extension project for art education in the design that involves playfulness in its various facets, as a way to boost learning from the rescue of storytelling, old games, artistic production, making toys with recyclable material and various actions that address child development in a holistic and fun way. And yet, the author of this research works as a monitor, seeking to encourage reading for children, for the child’s development, creativity and playfulness. The theoretical framework includes methodological procedures to be adopted, consisting of conducting an interview with a script with questions, where the monitors of the Brincarte Project reveal information about the experiences lived by the children at the time of storytelling, what they perceive in the children in this universe of dream, imagination, fantasy and in a playful way. Therefore, it is expected that the data obtained and the proposed discussions, based on them, contribute to the children becoming a reading subject. Thus, the entire path seeks to trace the different ways of seeing, feeling, thinking and constituting the art world. In this sense, proposing a reflection on storytelling from an artistic perspective.
Storytelling Visual Digital: uma proposta para o ensino de Artes Visuais

Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a utilização do Storytelling Visual Digital como abordagem para o ensino de arte. O referencial teórico con-templa discussões acerca da teoria do Letramento Visual e da abordagem da Storytelling Digital. O procedimento metodológico consiste em leitura e investigação bibliográfica acerca do tema mencionado, trazendo uma aná-lise de algumas propostas de práticas educativas com potencial relevância para o ensino de Artes Visuais. Espera-se que os dados obtidos e as dis-cussões propostas contribuam para explorar a Educação Visual utilizando Storytelling Digital como ferramenta, de modo que possamos identificá-lo como mais uma alternativa a ser somada às práticas de produção dos ma-teriais didáticos tradicionais.
