This course conclusion work aimed to analyze the influence of German Expressionism and Noir aesthetics in the music videos for the album Honeymoon, by singer Lana del Rey, to reflect on the use of the music video as a teaching tool in basic education. An analysis of this nature is relevant since these productions contemplate consumption trends in the audiovisual market by students affiliated with a pop subculture, as well as because they enable research into contemporary audiovisual products to identify aesthetic traits and influences. previous ones. To achieve the objectives, it was necessary to investigate the German Expressionist artistic movement and its derivations, describe the Noir aesthetics/style of European cinema from the perspective of its implications in the Visual Arts, in addition to reflecting on the impacts of contemporary audiovisual productions on the teaching of Visual arts. Regarding methodological procedures, the research was carried out through a bibliographical survey of the theory under study and documentary analysis of video clips selected as research corpora. As a summary of the results, it was observed that the music videos establish a direct dialogue with German Expressionism and Noir aesthetics, pointing to the relevance of working with contemporary music videos in the classroom.
