Item Trabalho docente na Educação Física: categoria precarização e o adoecimento dos docentes(2022-06-02) Felix, Aline Maria da Silva; Lindoso, Rosângela Cely Branco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3076590717855221The present work proposes to problematize the following question: what are the implications related to the scarcity of infrastructure for the work of physical education teachers? for this purpose, we set out as a general objective: To analyze the implications related to the scarcity of infrastructure for the work of a physical education teacher, and as specific objectives: Conceptualize teaching work; To identify, through a literature review, the theme teaching work, infrastructure and teacher illness; Identify and define aspects of the lack of structure and precariousness in the work of teachers in schools; and analyze how the lack of basic infrastructure can compromise the quality of the physical education teacher's work. The theory that supports this study is the historical materialist dialectic. The research approach is qualitative, exploratory. The categories of teaching work were problematized, studied theoretically and returned with added subcategories as an explanatory theory of the phenomenon studied here. Throughout the discussion, we brought some similarities and differences found in the articles, also correlating them with the subcategories presented of the theoretical foundation. After a critical analysis of the articles, we can conclude that the construction of teaching work is directly linked to the conditions offered by the school organization, and that precariousness is one of the most recurrent problems in schools. Precariousness results in intensification that results in devaluation, and these factors are therefore inseparable. The precariousness of teaching work is a real fact and brings harm not only to the work itself, but also to social and affective life and, therefore, to the mental health of the professional. It implies the illness of the teaching staff, since the teacher tends to intensify his work in order to deal with the adversities encountered in schools, and to reduce the losses resulting from this adaptation.
