dc.description.abstractEsse trabalho apresenta a análise das mulheres e relações de gênero entre os anos de 1920 e 1925 no estado de Pernambuco através da revista religiosa Maria. A construção do texto passa pela imprensa feminina, a visão sobre a mulher na Igreja Católica, o movimento feminista dos anos 1920 no Brasil, compreendendo as mudanças a qual o país passava nas primeiras décadas do século XX e a resistência do progresso para alguns grupos. A fundamentação teórica utilizada será Joan Scott para a discussão de gênero e Roger Chartier para trabalhar as representações e a História Cultural.
dc.description.abstractxThis work has the analysis of women and gender relations between the years 1920 and 1925 in the state of Pernambuco through the religious magazine Maria. The construction of the text passes through the feminine press, the vision about the woman in the Catholic Church, he feminist movement of the 1920s in Brazil and understanding the changes that the country was going through in the first decades of the 20th century and the resistance of progress for some groups. The theoretical basis used will be Joan Scott for the discussion of gender and Roger Chartier to work on the representations and Cultural History.
