| dc.description.abstract | O estudo objetivou analisar alterações que ocorrem na contagem bacteriana total (CBT) do leite transportado a granel em tanques isotérmicos, para indústria de laticínios, obtido de diferentes produtores nos meses de janeiro, fevereiro e março (período seco) e abril, maio e junho (período chuvoso) de 2018. Foram coletadas amostras de leite do tanque de expansão dos produtores e amostras do tanque isotérmico dos caminhões ao final de cada rota. As análises de CBT foram realizadas no laboratório da Clínica do Leite localizado em Piracicaba – SP, credenciada no Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA). Os dados foram submetidos a análise de variância e as médias comparadas pelo teste tukey a 5% de probabilidade, realizadas por meio do Software Sisvar. Houve um aumento da CBT durante o transporte granelizado do leite cru refrigerado independente dos períodos. A CBT do leite obtido na propriedade rural e transportado a granel até o laticínio, atendeu às especificações da legislação brasileira. | |
| dc.description.abstractx | The aim of this study was to analyze changes in the total bacterial count of milk transported in bulk in isothermal tanks for the dairy industry, obtained from different producers in January, February and March (dry period) and April, May and June ( rainy season) of 2018. Milk samples were collected from the producers' expansion tank and samples from the truck's isothermal tank at the end of each route. The analyzes of CBT were performed in the Laboratory of the Milk Clinic located in Piracicaba - SP, accredited in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). The data were submitted to analysis of variance and the averages were compared by the tukey test at 5% of probability, performed through Sisvar Software. There was an increase in CBT during the bulk transport of refrigerated raw milk regardless of the periods. The CBT of the milk obtained in the rural property and transported in bulk up to the dairy, met the specifications of the Brazilian legislation. | |
